Apple Valley, MN is a beautiful community with many activities. Apple Valley is home to the Minnesota Zoo, Valleywood golf course, Lebanon Hills Regional Park, Family Aquatic Center and many parks. Apple Valley is in District 196 schools, one of the top school districts in the State of MN. Apple Valley is 15 minutes from the Mall of America and is very accessible by freeway with Cedar Ave running right down through the middle of the town. Apple Valley has a very active Real Estate market and will continue to grow in years to come.
